They are modeled after google.
Support from management
It was 50/50 on good team leads, all of them spoke well but only some knew the actually material i.e. Internet related items.
They allow an open space in which you can chat, or walk up to your coworkers and ask advise which is nice.
Freedom to work independently
Wasn't overload of work, so it's ok.
They moved me from the mesa site, but only gave me 3 days notice that they were doing that, and moving me to scottsdale to boot.
Worked side by side with many women.
Attitude towards older colleagues
It's a hard curve for the older generation but what I say they tried their best
If you cant force sales you don't have a future here. Unless your i.t. based of course.
Overall compensation for your work
Not gonna lie I do miss everything they offered it was amazing second only to Boeing.
Office / Work Environment
They were too lax on people's hygiene needs. It was horrible to sit at some desks.
They did ask for alot of o.t. and very inflexible outside of your set team hours.
They look good on the outside, inside is meh.
Security teams were awesome
Parking was the only horrible part.
It was good om all levels
This was good to learn and useful.
Inclusive / Diverse
Meh. Too sales oriented to do much of anything else there.
Suggestions for improvement
- Make exceptions for the less sales oriented people. I had high customer service scores and always helped the team more than my lead did. I wanted online support or something instead of sales, but was told "unfortunately you have to prove your worth to use via sales and since you have been unable to do so it's just not going to work out."
What I like about the company
They treated you nice and gave alot of good benefits and was exciting at times.
What I dislike about the company
If you cant sell things you won't last long at all. Nearly $400/day goal.
The following benefits were offered to me
- Are you a Current or Former Employee?Former job since 2014
