Suggestions for improvement
- Allow store managers to manage their business without the constant micro management of the District Management. Schedules: Allow stores to conform their schedules to their needs and the DM can provide insight as needed. Staffing: Allow stores to hire their own teams Corporate Support needed to help with retail hiring. Only help you receive is some paper job fair flyers. Should be more global resources and opportunities for employees to apply online on the website rather than have to get a paper copy at the store. Managers: Allow more flexibility with staffing and work/life balance.
