The culture has changed for the better. Goji is now focused on sales - not just customer service. The top producing reps are getting compensated for selling which is what you want.
Suggestions for improvement
- Continue to insent the top eps with more bonuses and contests. Provide a match for the 401k.
What I like about the company
The company leads in the industry and the management team is focused on building an industry leading sales team.
What I dislike about the company
There are still occasional technology problems that impact our ability to make calls. Bonus checks are sometimes incorrect or delayed.
