The office people were very professional.
Support from management
They were supportive of each employee being at training each person to manage their own casino in super markets.
Their team work was really great!!!

They taught each employee to be independant and gave them all the tools to accomplish that goal.
They communicated with us very well because we had to conform to their system and bottom line profits.

Most of their employees are older people and Golden Gaming holds them hostage by only paying minimum wage(but employees do make tips)
Overall compensation for your work
They only pay minimum wage and have not given any raises except forced Nevada minimum wage increases.
The job was very easy once you got used to their system and there was very little physical work.
the owner likes to be in the Review Journal paper every six months; but does nothing for his employees in his casinos.

Suggestions for improvement
- Mr. Sartini needs to start really taking care of his real workers in his casinos and stop show boating about his wealth, fortune and fame. His workers in his casinos now despise him because he is so greedy!!!
What I like about the company
They do provide jobs and that is about it.
What I dislike about the company
They do not fairly compensate their employees who should make at least 9-10PH.
