- Invest in employees as much as they invest into helping to build the company..Value their points of view, listen with an open mind and show them that you appreciate them.
I like about the employer
I was able to further develop my customer service skills. I learned the ins and outs of the insurance industry.
I dislike about the employer
No support. No perks or benefits. Employer cared only about his bottom line and not on doing the necessary due diligence to provide the most cost effective premiums for the maximum requested coverages of the clients. Worried more about how clients from his community perceived him. Had to stay in the most luxurious hotels&drive top of the line rental cars when meeting out of town clients. Only wanted to deal with lawyers& doctors and not so much small businesses.
