Suggestions for improvement
- Fire all the upper management, and the employees who are lazy and worthless, and hire managers who can run a tight ship. Treat your employees with respect-not having a pay increase in six years is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable! Denying vacations due to chronic short-staffing is also bs! Don't allow the scheduler to randomly change employees schedules without even having the courtesy of informing the employee of such changes!
I like about the employer
I liked some of the patients, and some of my co-workers-that's about it.
