Supervisors try commenting employees. Upper management (the company)doesn't really provide a climate of fairness and trust.
Support from Management
Communication with all staff members needs improvement.
When it comes down to it everyone works well together and pitches in.
Level of Autonomy
They try to have as few people do as much as possible.
As far as successes and profits in general communication is good. As for information necessary for their work it sometimes after the fact if at all.
