Suggestions for improvement
- More communication
Culture is horrible, Spainish employees get better treatment and pay.
Supervisors do not have the experience and do not understand the English language because they are from Spain.
Upper management do not know how to unite employees to work together in order to form a good team.
There is no equality, if you come from Spain or Mexico, then you can move up and get better pay.
