Suggestions for improvement
- Promote from within and honor your loyal long term staff instead of pushing them out.
What I like about the company
Was happy there for 20 years til a new management style took hold which actively pushed older staff to leave. I can provide direct comments heard in staff meetings about older staff being "disengaged" and less desirable.
What I dislike about the company
On a psychiatric floor, the use of disgruntled patients' negative remarks to create a case to harass a faithful long term employee even in the face of years of positive feedback
