If u are desperate for money and work this is the place
U can be the longest the best and the fastest doesn't mean they'll pay you more
U smell paint, sometimes gas, u get hit by specs of fiberglass,u get dirty
The hiring process is fast and they pay every week
It could be changes in management, union, and less lay-offs, other than that I enjoy working in manufacturing.
Some did others not at all
Like all plant work some do others will not
Had good communication with one and none with the other
I left and was due 2wks pay from union with overtime, still haven't received any pay or info
