Support from Management
Some, not all, of the leadership attempts to lead by intimidation and there is a lack of objectivity dealing with HR. No support for lower level employees
In the stores there is a sense of team work; outside in-it is all negative feedback with little help or resolution
Suggestions for improvement
- Treating the employees who do the hard work to earn the millions of dollars in each year with just as much importance as though sitting in corporate offices.
