The management appreciates appreciates input. Employees are allowed to interract with each other how they see fit. You have the freedom to dress how you want (within reason).
Like anywhere; different people click or don't. Although, teamwork is strongly encouraged.

Especially in processing donations, everyone is assigned a category or department. It gives one a sense of power.
