There was no culture. There appeared to be cliques.
Support from Management
Need a better onboarding process. They offer but do not actually train or guide. They assume that everyone understands.
Should have a better way to introduce new team members and create less distress.
Level of Autonomy
There was not a clear explaination and when it was defined the employee was still not give the proper time to work on their department.
