Support from management
Managers want high sales and productivity over employee advancement, education, and career counseling. Transfers to other stores are common, regardless of where the employee live and has to work. Some commutes are over 40 miles.
Suggestions for improvement
- Tell your employees on day one what everything is. Counsel them after reading the handbook. Hire managers that manage and not cower or respond with "I don't know" to every question. Stop hiding pay increase plans and ways to earn more money.

What I dislike about the company
Revolving door. Terrible management. Constant changes/overhauls to entire staff in the store. Lack of educating employees about pay system, benefits, time off etc.
