Suggestions for improvement
- My suggestion to this company is to provide your employees with the a reasonable salary and hours accordingly how long they are employed by your. You don't give a New Hire 39 hours a week and give someone who worked there longer 10 hours that same week.

When I started at Gordmans I was working about 38 hours a week. The week I quit I was scheduled to work 4 hours.
