What I like about the company
Joined under great leadership that left under questionable reasons. New leadership is not as supportive nor as desirable to work with.
What I dislike about the company
Never hear positive customer feedback, only negative feedback. We work very hard to provide positive experiences to our customers, and when they communicate that they are appreciative through e-mail, we never receive notification. When something does go wrong , we are reminded several times how we have fallen short.
