Extremely generous compensation plan - both a reasonable "base" and an aggressive commission structure.
While the hours are designed to strictly enhance one's work-life balance, I think that a bit more flexibility in the hours' options (i.e.: 9-6, instead of 8-5) would further enhance both the job and increase the level of diversity (i.e.: more women) in the workforce.
