Consistory doesn't give an employee the chance to state their side of a situation.
Employees get along great but Consistory has no heart.
Consistory waits until the last minute to let you know of changes.
A few of the men are very chovenistic.
Suggestions for improvement
- Listen to your employees and let them give statements to the Consistory if they wish to make a statement in their own defense.
What I like about the company
Was great working with the Pastor. He was very friendly and great to get along with.
What I dislike about the company
Consistory allows officers to make harsh decisions without letting the employee tell their side of the story.
