Suggestions for improvement
- It is a service operation, which means, if the employes are unhappy, it will reduce their motivation to make the customers happy.
What I like about the company
Close to home.
What I dislike about the company
They pay little or no attention to making sure employes receive reviews on time, trying to keep employees happy to be there, and visibly waste money on non-essential things while ignoring employe issues.
