Suggestions for improvement
- I am surprised the company is still in business.
They did have somewhat of a fair system when it came to ranking associates for the most part
It takes multiple people sometimes in different departments to complete every single task. Annoying. Never a straight black and white solution
You will be micromanaged in every way imaginable
They micromanage you and never have one straight forward answer or solution for anything. The micromanaging was awful. I mean you would have to let them know when you're going to the bathroom and for how many minutes, when you're going to break and if you run over on your break time (even if that means you got stuck in a call with a customer) it counts against you. In other words if your break starts at 1:30 and ends at 1:45 and you get stuck on a call until 1:43 guess what you have 2 minutes left on your break, make the best of it :)
