Culture is awful. Your job is always threatened and there are way too many family memebers involved that do as they say not as they do. Another words they're exempt from the strict corporate structure and policies.
Support from management
No support at all. You fend for yourself. They claim to ask for help when you need it but then when you do they turn a blind eye
So much back stabbing and executives who intentionally set you up to fail.
Communication comes from the COO. The COO keeps everything hanging in the air so everything is non stop rumors and gossip b/c the COO can't deliver any communication to the staff. He can't confront anyone.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Watch your back. There are a lot of fake people in this company.
They are always looking for ways to downsize. This goes back to the back stabbers and setting people up to fail. It's all intentional.
Suggestions for improvement
- Change ownership, restructure and find leaders who are not greedy and genuinely care about there team.
