Suggestions for improvement
- Work towards accepting differences between union and administration
Students are mostly wonderful and it’s very rewarding to work with them. Most families are very supportive and trust you as the teacher. Coworkers are the reason I can survive the day- their help and support make the job much better.
Things are often micromanaged. Employees are not treated the same, some are given perks and others are picked on. Decision making is not transparent and suits the needs of the administrators only.
