Leadership on board was hit or miss depending on the officer. From the hr department it was always lacking. From calling you back early, to getting off late, and holding not doing last minute favors and holding your job over your head I'd you said anything.
Plan on being gone. Home time was frequently cut short. The hours are what they are. You know what you're getting into, but it's hard when a guy that gets to go home every night tells you you have to leave 2 days early. Or stay a week late.
