Suggestions for improvement
- Better pay, more flexibility. The CEO makes upwards of a 100 million dollars a year and very little is distributed downwards.
I like about the employer
The only bright spot was the employees that you could commiserate with due to the brutal management structure.
I dislike about the employer
Very rigid working structure. They would force you to take vacation days on the poor weather days where it was difficult to make it to the office, you'd either have to be there or they'd force you to take a vacation day if you were not provided with a company lap top to work remote.
