Suggestions for improvement
- I am quite content with workplace policies, culture, and environment. This agency stripes to make its policies clear on an annual basis. Employees are invited to participate actively in review of these policies and Ask questions as needed. The agency works to provide a culture that is positive for its employees no matter if they work at the main office or itinerantly. The agency has updated its facilities to provide a more well lit, colorful parking space.
What I like about the company
This agency develops leaders who work to understand the role of a variety of employees and what they do to serve the agency and its constituents on a daily basis. That’s important to me as a provider in my field.
I have also been impressed with the flexibility offered in times of personal strife or crisis that may not get offered elsewhere.
What I dislike about the company
I would encourage the agency to retain service coordinators in the area of Early Access. This will provide consistency to the families we serve.
I would also like to see health care premiums are managed in a way so that they can remain affordable for all of the employees who work with the agency, not just a salaried employees.
