Suggestions for improvement
- Replace the president and current leadership with experienced, strategic, empathetic, and passionate people. When you take care of your people they will take care of your customer. Encouraging employees to have a work balance because the current situations are not sustainable, causing a high turn over. They sometimes have to run "blind advertisements" to fill positions because the high turn over has become so known in the industry. It is very unfortunate.
