Suggestions for improvement

  • Ask employees for their perspectives. Have canvassers begin their work days EARLY. Reduce the amount of time we spent rehearsing our presentations. Provide a bonus system that will serve as an incentive.
  • Provide clear instructions on goals you would like to see canvassers attain.

I like about the employer

They raise funds on behalf of progressive causes--clean air and clean water, civil rights and civil liberties, voting rights.
