Poor Executive decisions led to the company's worst performance since inception.
Suggestions for improvement
- Get rid of the sales staff. Hire industry professionals to manage the business and stop letting accountants run the show. That never works in transportation.
I like about the employer
The front line employees are good people.
I dislike about the employer
Sold by original owners to holding company with no Industry experience. Company is currently in terrible shape financially and operationally.
