Management is pretty poor. All the other employees are great.

Suggestions for improvement
- Increase communication. We are an employee owned company so this should be a non issue. Middle management (which is the only people I deal with) seems incompetent. As a company, we seem too preoccupied with the bottom line of sales/profit. We need to focus more on our customers or we will lose them.
What I like about the company
Working with my fellow employees is fantastic. Great people who will help and work hard consistently. The company gives you gifts every 5 years of service. There is a cause for applause program where you can earn points by going above and beyond and you can pick out gifts for yourself.
What I dislike about the company
Communication. Management holds tight to information and doesn't always plan ahead. Communication is a huge issue with upcoming changes. They seem to tell us at the last possible minute and expect us to figure it out.
