The team is divided between the old GRC employees and the employees hired by Sercel.
Managers to not control the bad communication.
Office / Work Environment
The building is in terrible condition from a physical condition standpoint. The old GRC employees create a poor morale through attitude issues.
Suggestions for improvement
- Terminate employees for poor performance.
