No communication, all about who likes you and how much they like you. Not about the work you can perform. Makes you work on sales commission, but as a CSR you receive no commission it is the sales rep that you support who receives the commission. Yet you are appraised based on your sales amount and the number of calls you make a day.
Suggestions for improvement
- Remove the sales/call quotas that are placed on the customer service reps.
