Doctors are the money makers so the managers are blamed when goal is not met. No matter what you see happening and you inform upper management its still your fault and not the doctors. Its like they have blinders on both their ears and eyes.
Team work is there but lower management is responsible more so for it

It's hard your there trying to do what you can to ensure your office does good financially. You leave work late everyday and it doesn't matter the sacrifice bottom line is all that matters.
From what I read in reviews people hit it right on the nail, from what I experience sometimes and see daily it needs to change. If your patient focus the money will come when your money focus people will know as they do.
Because your so focus on making goal financially this is something luming over your head to the point of stress
While one knows how to do the work it's challenging because of how much needs to be done in a day with time frames attached while your doing a million other things. All the things they expect to be done everyday havr exfemwlt unrealistic expectation but you cant complain you gotta just deal. If management was given a week in an office to do the same they would not last 2 days.

- Stop treating patients like cash cow and truly focus on your patients if all doctors there have a heart to do what they do then they have no issues. There are 2 male specialty doctors one in perio and one in oral they care about people and it's apparent which is why those doctors always make goal when u care for people and not there pockets it works.

It's money goal mindset, it's healthy to have one because you need to make money otherwise why are we here. But honor your patients contract and stop making people pay for services there contract says u shouldn't.
