They will have meetings and the managers will pass down information.
Overall compensation for your work
You do not get paid for your worth. Higher ups employ their friends and pay them handsomely.
Suggestions for improvement
- Senior managers and higher ups need to communicate better and allow employees to flourish. The also need to stop employing friends to work for the company where they inturn treat them better than the people that are actually doing the job. The company would improve tremendously without these so called grass root managers.
