Suggestions for improvement
- When you have an employee that's been with the company for years, mentoring and learning just about every aspect of the company, if there is a slight problem, try to find out what's going on. That person may be going through a difficult phase in their personal life. Talk more to your employers and before letting a person go, talk to other management that's been there longer to help make a decision. You may actually be letting a very valuable employee go based on someone's opinion whose only been with the company for a few months.
I like about the employer
It's a great company that seriously promotes from within. If you're looking for a career to grow with, this is the place to be.
