My supervisor was not commending employees. There was not a climate of trust.
Level of Autonomy
Workload was not fairly distributed
Communication was poor at best. You would only be told if you were performing poorly.
There was equality if you fell into the younger than the 35 and younger age group.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Senior workers were not being hired, appreciated, or supported.
