Suggestions for improvement
- The organization needs to change from the top down.
I like about the employer
There are people in middle and upper management who understand the need for continuous improvement, who listen, support innovation and do a good job providing public transportation
I dislike about the employer
Upper management reminded me of "Lord of the Flies". The group is fractured, work against each other, have autonomy that that resists change. And the theme in a certain group will find a scapegoat as opposed to fixing the problem presented.
