They try to make this place sound like a small, local company that genuinely cares for its employees, but that's not the case. Your advancement is popularity based, not merit based. They expect you to work outside your job description without compensation. Positions with a sales goal are not held accountable for errors they make in normal banking transactions. Sales are all that matter: it's a smaller Wells Fargo and just as uninterested in the individuals that work there.
Support from Management
Managers do not make any attempts to help their employees. In most cases, their entire focus is on getting out of working by simply pushing their duties off into their employees.
