Suggestions for improvement

  • More policies that all employees should follow. Some people bring their children to work during work hours which should not be allowed.

What I like about the company

My company is very good to employees, whether old or new employees. They offer many parties and special days to all their valued employees.

What I dislike about the company

The leadership could use a little improvement. Many people go about their work and do not work as a team.

Overall compensation for your work

It is human services - so the pay is not top tier - but it is better than most -regular increases and very god benefits.
