Suggestions for improvement
- Loose the point system until an employee proves themselves to be irresponsible. Limit meetings, we have email. Communicate all changes at time of change. Off the clock is personal time, not company time. Offer different plans of Health insurance and that is what the employee has without the "games" so employees can do their job they were hired for.
