Suggestions for improvement
- Train your girls better. Notice I say girls because there aren't any males in the company. Hire individuals that have some sore of knowledge in what they're selling. You can't teach common sense. I could go on and on but for the sake of my fingers I will stop here. Use your own judgment.
I like about the employer
When it's good it's good. It all depends on how the head managers day is. Sad but true, use better management skills and treat everyone as you would want to be treated. You'd be surprised at what you receive in return. People watch what the managers do and how they take advantage then they turn around and repeat, creating a bad habit for all that follow. Set basic rules and apply them across the board. It's not rocket science but you would think it is by how some act. Take care of your employees, they're livelihood is in your hands. Doesn't hurt to show alittle compassion sometimes. The reciprocation is worth it I assure you, you may even keep people around long enough to remember their names.
