Support from management
Very poor culture, sky is falling, overall people feel that the company is not financially stable and most employees do not have a positive view of the company or its leadership.
Suggestions for improvement
- Too many to list.
What I like about the company
Not much at all. Good pay but they absolutely ruin any work life balance. Buildings are far apart and employees are disconnected from one another.
What I dislike about the company
Poor leadership. Continued focus on growing revenue instead of focusing on improving margin. Continuously investing in losing ideas. Overall identity problems. Striving to be a billion dollar company stuck in nickel and dime business approach. Just an overly sad work environment and very poor building that are out dated and stuck in the 70's. Overall culture is far below what it's like at 90% of other companies.
