- Loyalty to both their customers and employees.
I like about the employer
Hours were good
I dislike about the employer
No loyalty, I was there more than ten years, they kept cutting our pay. The excuse was we were making to much money! $250 a week plus commission is to much. I watched other managers get fired because of the economy and business was off. (Then the owner bought a new Ferrari. The next day. The one year old model wasn't good enough!)
