Overall Compensation for your work
They may have changed compensation since I left, but they did not give raises for almost three years. We did get year end bonuses which helped at Christmas time.
Too much micromanaging
I survived multiple RIFs, but I was lucky. There were people who have been with the company longer than me who were let go.
Suggestions for improvement
- Better pay or more perks to make up for the lack of competitive compensation. More professional development. Removal of employees that are entrenched in positions for years and move up through seniority rather than merit.
