Suggestions for improvement
- Listen to your employees concerns, just because you may not like someone, but they are a hard worker, not there to play around on their phones or to socialize when they should be working, shouldn't be a reason to demoralize them and humiliate them professionally.
What I dislike about the company
When I was employed there, I went to the GM to express my concerns about certain documents that were supposedly missing and my concerns turned on myself as I was accused of misplacing them. I was bounced around from desk to office to office and not given access to computers with operating systems that I needed to complete my daily duties.
