Very few commendations, more criticisms, very little trust between GM, certain department heads, and workers.
Support from management
My first supervisor was a weak yes man, second had been out of the auto service business, instead working in more of an administrative position. The G.M. who had never worked in a service department was continually changing procedures, workflow, etc...
Some employees were willing to work together, while certain others would go behind your back, utilizing your resources to get what they need/want instead of discussing their needs with you.
