Support from management
Owners like their employees to feel intimidated. They do not support safety unless it is convenient for them. They do not support their employees judgment, choices or decisions. Especially when it comes to a customer. You will be expected to work a minimum of 60 hours per week. Anything less and you will be considered a poor performer. This applies to all positions.
Co-workers are great for the most part.
Suggestions for improvement
- Buy out the aggressive and abusive partner.
What I like about the company
It was a great company until one owner retired.
What I dislike about the company
Not a employee or employee family friendly company. You are expected to work 60 hours a week on salary. Safety is only a concern if compliance shows up. They have benefits that look really good and motivate you to hire on. Once there, you will learn of the owner bullying tactics, yelling at various employees infront of people or putting his phone on speaker so orhers in the office can hear it. Not a comfortable environment for anyone. There is the owners and they will support the agressive amd abusive one. They will not address his temper or the way he treats employees. Those who stand up for themselves quickly find themselves in the unemployment line.
