I complained repeatedly I had not been properly trained. Instead of training me they blamed me for what I wasn't taught and fired me.
My trainer left for lunch one day during my second week on the job and simply never came back. That was the end of my training.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire managers who qualified to manage and have knowledge of the various laws that must be followed when dealing with things like titles. This only refers to the administrative side, by the way. The people who work in sales and service know their stuff and work hard to do the best job they can.
