The dealership was quite literally without a general manager for several not months but years. Certain department managers would not even ask for your side of interpersonal conflicts never mind consider it, only announce their decision and discuss ways to address alleged distasteful / bad / wrong behavior(s).
Due to poor management / leadership, there is no ongoing on the job training in reference to working with people (colleagues) to better sow a team environment.
