The climate did not encourage helping each other as a team. Management rarely commended employees. There was no fairness only dictatorship. This lead to employees not trusting each other.
Worst boss I have ever worked for. Not fair, listens to gossip instead of seeking the truth, is not interested in encouraging his staff but rather pinpoint all their faults.
Teamwork starts at the top, your management. If helping other co-workers is frowned upon then you know you are in the wrong place.
Our section ended up assisting other departments, making us feel as if we were everyone's assistant. This made us feel a bit abused or low on the totem pole.
In all my tenure with this company, I have only been to 1 meeting.
Most of our office at a certain location was mostly women.
Yes, we had a few senior workers.
Not much opportunity for growth.
Initially, wages were acceptable. No evaluations performed by my manager in the 4 years I was employed. No promotion or salary raise was given.
The building was abandoned beforehand and is falling apart. Leaking from ceilings or bathrooms. Lights in bathrooms would go out on a regular basis. There would be problems with raccoons and rats. The A/C was controlled by the corporate office, so each day would be hot and I'd be sweating.
You have to request for vacation 2 weeks in advance, no exception. Working hours were somewhat flexible.
Not many people I speak with inside or outside the company have positive experiences with the company.
Yes I believe the job to be stable.
There are designated parking spots for the handicapped.
There was no safety training for our office or fire drills performed.
Our section was more assembly-line and had very little sense of accomplishment.

Many employees feel unappreciated and underpaid. Raises are very rare. Some who have worked there for over 8 years have yet to receive a raise.
You will find nepotism and inexperienced management. Managers are rude and have no management experience but use their position to get revenge on employees they don't like.this job allows unethical practices as the norm for business.
Training is a joke
No equality no logic in choosing qualified leadership
The people working in the call center are small minded talking about boyfriends,girlfriends,jail,parties not professional
No career at all this place motivates you to work for a lease car after you jump through unrealistic hoops,you'll Never own the car
No the pay is relatively low for all the foolishness
It is an unpleasant work environment and for drug testing they cut 7. Inches of your hair
If you are friends with the supervisor they do your work,if not expect several bogus write ups. Managers have pictures in their cubicles as big as 11*17 of their family members weird
You work the schedule they pick and that's it
I don't think people stay long enough to say anything good about the company this is a bad revolving door so please RUN
Nope! If you don't quit for running for your life away from this place,then they will lie on you to get you fired and it's a place full of liars especially in their makeshift management
No one weird ramp in the back maybe one in the front but nothing inside that I can recall

The training is ineffective for the work you do and it's so pointless ,you call someone for the caller you stay on hold forever then you gave to tell the caller no one answered and so the caller doesn't get the car service appointment. This is so dumb because the person could just call the service department themselves that's what works for the customer and the service department,but not here
You will find no diversity at all!!!
