Suggestions for improvement
- Don't resort to name calling for temp's who come to help, if there is an older person coming in to help don't discriminate. Supervisors should maintain a neutral position and not belittle the temporary employees.

Neither company gave temps a chance. Either you fit in with their group or you didn't get the help & information needed to succeed in their company
